though, we understand that you may wish to return items.
We are pleased to offer an exchange, credit or refund on your
purchase if it is returned to us within 14 days from receipt
providing the item is unused, in pristine condition, with its
original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation.
How do I return a product?

a member of our team will take the details and issue you with
a returns authorisation number. Please note YOU MUST
obtain a returns number BEFORE returning goods to us.
Goods arriving at our warehouse without a returns number will
not be accepted. The 14 day return time will commence
from the day that the goods were received.
Faulty Products
Once received by us and having confirmed that the item is faulty,
we will be happy to credit you the cost for returning the item.
Complaints Procedure
We value our customer service extremely highly and want to ensure
that customers buying from us have a pleasant shopping experience,
we therefore take any concerns raised by our customers very
seriously. In the unlikely event that there has been any
element of our service to you that you have not found to be

Refund Items Lost in Transit
We regret that we cannot take responsibility for any returned
items lost in transit to us. We therefore strongly advise
that you return any goods to us using a secure method e.g. recorded
or special delivery. |
