Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind and would like to cancel an order phone, fax or e-mail us straight away and providing the order hasn't already left the warehouse we can cancel it and refund you in full.  If the order has already left the warehouse then you will need to return the item to us as soon as you receive it (see returns).  On receiving the items back in perfect condition will will refund you the total purchase price of the goods.  Unfortunately we can not refund the carriage charge.
